Home Owners Associations

Many years ago, Michaels Group Homes began introducing many maintenance free communities that are overseen by Homeowners Associations. By incorporating a Homeowners Association into new communities, it helps protect the long lasting quality of both the homes and neighborhood. The Associations help preserve continuity to the community and also provides community members with a further sense of ownership within their neighborhood. The associations' primary responsibilities are to enforce the Deed Restrictions, maintain and operate the common facilities, provide certain community wide services as well as individual home grounds maintenance and snow removal services, and assess and collect dues.

Each one of our Homeowners Association is created with our strong commitment to educating and communicating to homeowners during the sale process and after the closing.  It is our goal to make sure all Homeowners Associations are set up to run well with collaborative efforts and constant communication, to ensure a smooth transition.  We always encourage homeowners to get involved as soon as possible by establishing committees. Through the creation of volunteer committees, homeowners have the opportunity to join the Architectural Review or Grounds Maintenance Committees and learn the process of running an Association along the way.
